RWH’s baling system is designed for maximum efficiency and product protection. We produce highly compactable bales ranging from 35 kg to 120 kg, optimizing loading capacity and enabling efficient shipment of kapok fiber worldwide in 20 and 40-foot containers. Each bale is wrapped in cotton fabric and secured with metal ties, creating a breathable and protective cocoon that preserves the fiber’s quality during transport.
We are proud to operate plastic-free wrapping, avoiding an unnecessary environmental impact, while delivering a cleaner and more responsible packaging solution.
During the cleaning and processing phase, we do not use water or chemicals. The fiber is cleaned entirely through automated mechanical processes, allowing us to deliver a clean, hypoallergenic, and non-toxic kapok fiber, suitable for high-performance and sensitive applications.
In addition, we operate a fully integrated zero-waste system, commercializing every element of the kapok pod. The fiber remains our core business, while the kapok seeds are processed and sold for oil pressing, the core is utilized and supplied for natural fertilization, and the skin is repurposed and commercialized for roasting and other applications. Nothing is discarded. Every component is transformed into value and brought to market.
